What we collect
The calculators on this site compute results locally in your browser. The numbers you enter into a calculator are not transmitted to us or stored on our servers.
Like most websites, our hosting provider and any analytics tool we use (for example, a privacy-focused analytics service) may log standard technical information automatically: your approximate location (usually city-level, from IP address), browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you visit. This is used in aggregate to understand traffic and isn't linked to your name or contact details.
Cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure traffic on this site. It's cookie-free: it doesn't set any cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and doesn't collect personally identifiable information. It measures aggregate metrics like page views and load performance using your browser's built-in Performance API. See Cloudflare's Web Analytics page for details on how it works.
Beyond that, we aim to avoid tracking or advertising cookies. If that changes, we'll update this section to say which tool, what it collects, and how to opt out.
Third parties
We use Cloudflare to host this site and to provide the Web Analytics described above. Cloudflare has its own privacy policy governing data it processes on our behalf.
Contact information you send us
If you email us through our contact page, we'll use your email address only to respond to you, not for marketing, and won't share it with third parties except as needed to answer your question.
Children's privacy
This site isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
